Delivery

All orders are dispatched by EMS international and require recipients' signature upon delivery. Delivery time to the USA and Europe is typically anywhere between 5 & 14 days from date of mailing, although the postal service has been known to take longer, particularly in peak periods. Allowance must also be made for weekends and public holidays when the postal service does not operate.

We don't and can't take responsibility for misplaced orders or delays in cases like :

Expired P.O. boxes.

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

Delays caused by Govt. Holidays, Postal Holidays, Postal Service Failures or Customs Issues.

Dispatch 

Please note that orders placed on Fridays after 4PM will be processed the following Monday.

 Packaging 

All are products are packed the most stealthiest way possible, we are really proud of our different methods which guarantee a delivery success rate above 99%! we usually have 1 or 2 seizure per year and it’s for country like Canada or Australia not US and the rest of the world

If the order is extremely large, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages. No matter how large your order is, we guarantee the same discretion, packaging, and care as with a small order.

Express shipping

We don’t provide express shipping anymore for safety concern on both sides

Reshipping Policy 

We take extreme care in our packaging and have a format that has worked for many years and continues to work, however we can not guarantee that a customs seizure will not occur. If it would happen despite our stealth packaging we will reship it one time for free, the same goes for lost/damaged package

 Returns

 As our "return address" does not exist for obvious reasons, we are unable to accept returned goods. We can not warrant or guarantee the effectiveness or suitability of any medication to your needs or metabolism. What you see on our site is what you get and that is the full extent of what we warrant. If you are unable to accept this condition of sale, please do not order from us.

  Refunds

 Refunds are not possible once an order has been shipped. Should for any reason you be unhappy with your purchase, this does not entitle you to a refund, any more than it would with your local pharmacy or doctor. If you are unable to accept this condition of sale, please do not order from us.

  Cancellations

 Cancellation is possible up until the point of mailing. Once your order has been mailed we are unable to cancel it as it can not be retrieved from the postal system.
