RX-supply takes no responsibility for the importation, possession or use requirements and regulations in the purchaser's country of origin. All products are shipped at the full risk to purchaser and purchaser agrees to withhold and indemnify us from any legal proceedings resulting from the purchaser having not acted in accordance with the regulations and laws of the destination country. Purchaser agrees to comply with all laws and regulations of purchaser's country.

Please note that under the laws of your country you may be required to have an existing prescription and/or consultation from a qualified medical doctor before being permitted to purchase or use the product supplied. We suggest that anyone intending to use products listed here should consult a qualified physician first. We assume no liability for the use of our products. We encourage all individuals to follow the laws of their given countries.

By purchasing any products from us, you agree with following declaration :

I am at least 21 years of age.

I am permitted by law in my country to receive the medication(s) I am requesting.

I, the patient, have had a recent physical examination and medical history evaluation

by a physician who is available for any necessary local follow-up care and intervention.

I have been fully informed and understand the risks, benefits, and possible side effects

of the prescription drug(s) I may request, I safely used the medication(s) I may request

under a physician's supervision or been advised be an examining physician that the use

of the medication(s) is not contraindicated for me and is appropriate for my therapeutic and

medical needs.

I am requesting the prescription medication(s) solely for my therapeutic and medical needs,

and will not distribute the said medication(s) to others. I am seeking the prescription(s) for the

necessary supply of medication, not to stockpile beyond an already-adequate supply on hand.

I will promptly contact a local physician for any necessary medical intervention should a concern

related to the use of the requested medication arise.

I am allowed by law to use the credit card that will be used if my request is approved and processed.

I have and will answer all questions truthfully, for my safety, just as I would in my local physician's

office and care.

I realise there are risks, as well as benefits, to any medication, even OTC drugs, and having been

informed of possible effects, I consent to treatment as I may request and take full and complete responsibility.

I understand that this online store is not a pharmacy, but an online reseller that contracts with reputable,

fully-licensed pharmacies/laboratory that dispense medications/chemicals to customers placing orders

through its online shop , and that this store acts as a broker between myself (the buyer) and the

pharmacy/laboratory (the seller).

Confidentiality

 The purchaser acknowledges that posting unnecessary information regarding RX-supply business on the internet is equally as detrimental as having their own private details posted on the internet and as such will refrain from doing so. Information which the purchaser undertakes not to post on any forum includes, but is not limited to, the country from which Rx-supply ships orders, the payment informations, a description of the different packaging used by RX-supply! If we find out about it we will not sell to you anymore!

We will protect your personal information and anonymity by all means.

Customer E-mails are always deleted after read and responded to.. 

All your personal information including orders info are only stored on removable encrypted devices.  

All your information is confidential and secure with us.  

We never give, sell or compromise customer information in any way to anyone.

 Refund Policy

 The purchaser acknowledges that refunds are not possible once their order has been shipped and accepts that should for any reason they be dissatisfied with their purchase, this does not entitle them to a refund.

 Cancellation Policy

 The purchaser acknowledges that an order can only be canceled and refunded up until the point that it has been handed into the post office.
